Songprint is a custom music production service operated by Zielo Music. We produce original songs for individuals and businesses based on personal stories and creative briefs. When you visit songprint.co or purchase a song, you interact with us.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to deliver your song and communicate with you:

• Your name and email address (provided at checkout or in the intake form)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers)
• Creative brief details you share with us (the story behind your song, references, preferences)
• Basic usage data from website analytics (page views, referral source — no personal identifiers)

How We Use Your Information

• To produce and deliver your custom song
• To communicate with you about your order status
• To send order confirmations and delivery notifications
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms. We receive a transaction confirmation and your email address — we do not receive or store your card number, CVV, or billing address.

Your Creative Brief

The personal details you share in your intake form (names, relationships, events, memories) are used exclusively to create your song. We treat this information with care. We may reference anonymized creative themes internally to improve our service, but we will never publish or share your personal story without your explicit written permission.

If you purchase the Premium tier and request a full music video, any visual reference materials you share are used only for that project and deleted from our systems within 90 days of delivery.

Testimonials and Portfolio

We may ask you after delivery whether you'd like to share a testimonial or allow your song to appear in our portfolio. This is always opt-in. We will never feature your song or story publicly without your written consent.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses minimal analytics to understand how visitors find us and which pages are most useful. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use invasive tracking, cross-site cookies, or behavioral advertising pixels on this site (Meta Pixel is used only for ad measurement — see below).

If you arrive via a Meta ad, we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may associate your visit with your Meta account for ad measurement purposes. You can opt out via your Meta ad preferences.

Data Retention

• Order records: retained for 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution
• Creative briefs: retained for 6 months after delivery, then deleted
• Email correspondence: retained for 2 years
• Delivered audio files: retained for 12 months after delivery (for re-delivery if needed)

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@songprint.co. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: HTTPS for all web traffic, encrypted email, and limited internal access to customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.

Children

Songprint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
